En Ascesis el artista pretende ahondar en la búsqueda de autorrealización del individuo.
In this triptych, the author notices how life in this society turns towards a continuous occurrence of daily issues and then emerges from said situation. The latter is observed in the central image where the individual takes enough courage to be the same outside of the mass. 
Finally, throw the last image, a desire for transcendence is already glimpsed, a bridge to the afterlife symbolized in paragliders that in effigy allow individuals to leave the earthly to enter the heavenly.
